The Impact Institute for Child Care Professionals (IICP) is a leadership development organization dedicated exclusively to early childhood education. We support directors, assistant directors, emerging leaders, and organizations through structured training, coaching, and system-level development that strengthens leadership capacity and program sustainability.

The 4-Tier Impact Model is IICP’s signature leadership framework. It guides leaders through progressive stages of growth:

Not necessarily—but the model is designed to work best when followed sequentially. Each tier strengthens a different layer of leadership. Skipping steps often leads to gaps in confidence, execution, or sustainability.

IICP offers both virtual and onsite experiences, depending on the program and organizational needs. Many of our masterclasses and coaching sessions are delivered virtually, while bootcamps and organizational engagements may be hosted onsite or in a hybrid format.
Coaching is the primary focus of Tier 3, but coaching principles and reflective practices are integrated throughout all tiers. Tier 3 provides deeper, personalized accountability and leadership support.
